Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Special order or customized products

Refund Process

1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Ship the product back to our address (we'll provide prepaid label)
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be initiated
5. Refund will be processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
