3.1 Return Eligibility
- Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unopened, sealed, and undamaged
- Opened ghee containers are not returnable, except in case of quality issues
3.2 Quality Guarantee
Unlike mass-produced brands, our batches are artisan-crafted and tested for taste and texture. If you receive an off-quality product, contact us with evidence—we will replace or refund it without hesitation.
