4.1 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours or before shipping. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible due to product nature.
4.2 Refund Policy
- Full refunds for timely cancellations
- Delayed cancellations are not accepted after product is shipped
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
